I’m a Master’s student in Computer Science at University of Massachusetts Amherst. My research interests lie in applying graph neural networks to computational biology problems, particularly molecular representation learning and predictive modeling of biological properties from graph structured data. More broadly, I’m interested in the algorithmic foundations of machine learning, including graph algorithms, model interpretability, and how architectural choices shape what these models can learn.
