Shiyun is a PhD student in Computer Science at UMass Amherst, specializing in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Multimodal Fusion Models. He is working on applying these techniques to healthcare and computational biology. He completed a Master’s degree in Applied Computational Science and Engineering from Imperial College London in 2024.
